Pouilly-Fuissé La Marechaude
Located midway up the slopes, La Marechaude has shale soil with a high proportion of clay from the Jurassic era. Its south-facing orientation and low elevation bring the grapes to optimum ripeness. The resulting wines are powerful and warm, with remarkable aromatic intensity. Its structure is based on aromas of ripe, even jammy fruit, underscored by subtle notes of dried fruit and patisserie. Pouilly-Fuissé Les Crays
The terroir of Les Crays is composed of limestone scree over Pliensbachian shale. This steep slope faces directly south, sheltered from the northerly winds, and produces wines of distinct character, notable for their great sophistication with an underlying tension. Pouilly-Fuissé Vieille-Vignes
This cuvée is made of a blend from different plots that share several characteristics:
- They all belong to the Vergisson terroir
- They all have well-established vines (a minimum of 40 years old)
- They all have clay-limestone soil

Saint-Véran La Côte Dorée
The roots of these very old vines stretch shallow soil, mainly limestone soil and a southerly exposition. This Saint-Véran combines smoothness and delicacy, with aromas of ripe lemon and grilled almonds over a superb minerality. Download the fact sheet

Saint-Véran Le Clos Vessat
The Clos Vessat comprises two hectares in the commune of Leynes, on clay-limestone soils with a south-south-west orientation. This Saint-Véran combines smoothness and freshness. This wine is made mainly from the plot known as Sur La Roche, which is renowned for producing wines with a distinct, mineral character.
